Hildegard Bung (later Schwester Maria Hildegard) (1934-...): An outline

Hildegard Felicitas (sic!) Bung, known as Hildegard Bung, born 23 June 1934, baptised on 8 July 1934 in Rosenkranzkirche (Rosary Church) in Berlin-Steglitz.

Hildegard Bung's godfather was Dr med Friedrich Schmid.  Dr med Friedrich Schmid was "Onkel Fritz" (Uncle Fritz), the husband of Erika's sister Hildegard Schmid, née Faßbender, who died at the age of about 29 of meningitis (Gehirnhaut-Entzündung).
